Having been locked out, put down and picked on by the muzak industry for decades Frankenbok went and built their own studio, known as The Lab (the former tenants ran a business model based on...better living through chemistry) and with the help of former singer Dan McDougall (CEO of Fair Dinkum Records, who had previously checked out of Frankenbok, but could never actually leave) the band wrote and recorded Vicious, Lawless.

The heat in franken-hell's kitchen was intense for the duration, and the board of directors did need to get hosed down (some actually left to dry out) but the long standing care-takers of Taco-Metal (a lot of meat with a little bit of cheese) remain the same.
