After Forever is the eponymous fifth and final studio album by Dutch symphonic metal band After Forever featuring Nightwish vocalist Floor Jansen.

It was originally released in the United States on 28 September 2007. The bonus track "Lonely" appears on the digipack edition. The album reached No. 6 on the Dutch album charts.

Right in time for the 15th anniversary, the reissue of After Forever‘s self-titled album has now been reissued as a jewel case CD incl. a rare bonus track and liner notes by all band members added to the booklet.
